Terms of Service

Evarlio is the name of this product and service. References to “Evarlio,” “we,” or “us” mean the service provider. The public support channel appears on the Contact page.

Before a paid checkout opens, Evarlio will identify the legal seller and any applicable registration and contracting details consistently in these terms, on the Contact page, and at checkout.

Evarlio helps individual job seekers maintain a reusable career record, import resume information, compare that evidence with job descriptions, create editable role-specific resumes, cover letters, and interview-preparation materials, export files, and keep a private timeline of applications, contacts, and progress.

It is a self-service software tool, not a recruiter, staffing firm, employment agency, credential verifier, or legal adviser. Evarlio does not submit applications, contact employers, rank candidates for employers, or make hiring decisions.

You retain your rights in the career information, job descriptions, edits, and notes you submit. You grant Evarlio a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, process, transform, and transmit that content only as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and maintain the service.

This permission is not a sale of your content and does not authorize Evarlio to use it to train its own general-purpose AI model. You confirm that you have the right to submit the content and that doing so does not violate another person’s rights, confidentiality, or applicable law.

Evarlio is designed to base candidate claims on career information you provide or confirm. A job description is used to guide relevance and wording, not as proof that you possess a skill or experience. AI output can nevertheless be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular employer or jurisdiction.

You must review and approve every statement before using or sending it. You are responsible for the final material, the recipients you choose, and compliance with employer rules and applicable law. Evarlio does not guarantee ATS performance, interviews, offers, employment, or any other outcome.

Evarlio is delivered online and has no physical shipping. A completed generation is saved to your signed-in application workspace as an editable resume and interview-preparation brief. You can use supported export tools to create PDF, DOCX, or Markdown files. You—not Evarlio—send or submit the final materials.

A failed, cancelled, or incomplete generation is designed not to consume a credit or to restore it. If a result or credit is missing, contact support with the account email, approximate time, and any visible error code rather than sending a complete resume.

Eligible new accounts receive three starter credits. One completed generation credit delivers a tailored resume and preparation brief. Editing, viewing, copying, exporting, and the first saved cover-letter draft for that application do not use another generation credit. Resume-import analysis has a separate fair-use limit.

The Pricing page shows the one-time credit packs currently available to you. They are not subscriptions and will not renew automatically. Paid credits do not expire while both the account and service remain active, but they cannot be transferred, resold, or redeemed for cash.

Free and promotional credits have no cash value and may be limited, changed, or withdrawn when abuse is detected. Refund and dispute eligibility is governed by the Refund & Dispute Policy and any mandatory rights in your jurisdiction.

Before payment, the payment page shows the legal seller, order description, amount, currency, any applicable taxes, what you receive, and the terms that apply to the purchase.

Payment details are handled on the secure payment page. Unless that page clearly states another arrangement, Evarlio is responsible for the digital service and product support. A payment dispute does not remove rights that cannot be excluded by law.

Service features may change, be limited, or be discontinued. We may suspend access to protect users or the service, respond to legal requirements, or address fraud, abuse, security risk, or material violations. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

You may stop using Evarlio and request account deletion at any time. If a future paid service is discontinued, we will provide reasonable notice where feasible and address unused paid entitlements in line with the Refund & Dispute Policy, processor rules, and applicable law. You should keep exports of materials you need.

To the extent permitted by law, Evarlio is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of employment outcomes, model accuracy, uninterrupted operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, Evarlio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-opportunity damages arising from your use of the service. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

These terms operate subject to the laws that apply to the service provider, the service, and you, including mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived. Before paid checkout opens, the legal seller and any specific governing-law or forum terms will be disclosed consistently.

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the product, operator, pricing, providers, or law. Material changes will use a revised date and, when appropriate, an in-product notice. Questions can be sent through the Contact page.
