Terms of Service

Evarlio currently identifies the service and its operator brand; it is not the name of an incorporated company. References to “Evarlio,” “we,” or “us” mean the operator of the service, reachable at secinel.nice@gmail.com. These terms will be updated if an incorporated entity becomes the service provider.

Evarlio helps you maintain a reusable career profile, import resume information, tailor resumes to job descriptions, prepare for interviews, and keep application-specific notes. Features may evolve during the product’s preview period.

You retain your rights in the career information, job descriptions, edits, and notes you submit. You grant Evarlio a limited permission to host, process, transform, and transmit that content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service.

You confirm that you have the right to submit the content and that doing so does not violate another person’s rights or applicable law.

AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular employer or jurisdiction. Evarlio is an editing and preparation tool—not a recruiter, employment agency, legal adviser, or guarantee of interviews or employment.

You are responsible for reviewing every generated statement before using it. Do not submit invented achievements, confidential employer information, or claims you cannot support.

A completed tailored resume and preparation brief currently uses one generation credit. Resume-import analysis has a separate fair-use limit. Failed or incomplete generation requests are designed not to consume a credit or to return it automatically.

If paid plans are introduced, the price, included credits, renewal terms, and applicable refund rules will be shown before purchase. Promotional or free credits may expire, be limited, or be withdrawn when abuse is detected, and have no cash value.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features; impose reasonable limits; or restrict access to protect users and the service. We aim to preserve saved content and communicate material changes, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

You may stop using Evarlio and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, security risk, fraud, abuse, or legal requirements. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.

To the extent permitted by law, Evarlio is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of employment outcomes, model accuracy, uninterrupted operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, Evarlio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-opportunity damages arising from your use of the service. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

We may update these terms to reflect product, pricing, provider, or legal changes. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised terms. Questions can be sent through the Contact page.
