How credits work
- One credit is used only after both the resume and preparation brief are delivered.
- Viewing, editing, copying, and exporting a saved result uses no additional credit.
- Failed, cancelled, or incomplete generations restore the credit automatically.
- Paid credits do not expire while your account and the service remain active.
- Resume import has a separate free fair-use allowance of five analyses per rolling 24 hours.

Is this a subscription?
No. Both paid packs are one-time purchases and never renew automatically.
Do credits expire?
Paid credits do not expire while your account and the service remain active. Free or promotional credits may have separately disclosed limits.
Can I get a refund?
A fully unused purchase can be refunded within 14 days. Credits already used for a completed delivery are generally not refundable for change of mind; mandatory rights remain unaffected.
