Privacy Policy

Evarlio handles career information that can be deeply personal. This policy explains what we process, why we process it, and the choices available to you.

Last updated: July 31, 2026

Who operates Evarlio

The service is currently operated under the Evarlio brand and is not presented as an incorporated company. You can reach the operator at secinel.nice@gmail.com. If an incorporated operating entity is established, this policy will be updated before that entity begins providing the service.

Information we process

  • Account information, including your email address, sign-in provider, and basic account metadata.
  • Career-profile information you choose to add, such as contact details, experience, education, projects, skills, languages, awards, and professional links.
  • Job descriptions, generated resumes, interview-preparation briefs, edits, titles, and private follow-up notes you save in the service.
  • Service metadata needed for security and reliability, such as request identifiers, credit transactions, model and token usage, timestamps, file type, character count, result status, and error codes.

Resume imports

For PDF, DOCX, TXT, Markdown, and pasted text imports, the original file is read in your browser and is not uploaded or stored by Evarlio. Extracted text is sent for structured analysis. Only the entries you review and confirm are written to your master profile.

Import logs retain operational metadata, not the original resume text. Scanned or unsupported files may be rejected before any model analysis.

How we use information

  • Provide authentication, your reusable master profile, tailored resumes, interview preparation, history, editing, and follow-up notes.
  • Operate credits, prevent duplicate charging, enforce fair-use limits, diagnose failures, and protect the service from abuse.
  • Improve reliability and product experience using aggregated or minimized operational information. We do not sell your personal information or use your career data for targeted advertising.

AI processing and service providers

To provide AI features, relevant text may be processed by our infrastructure and model-routing providers. Evarlio currently relies on Supabase for authentication and data storage, Vercel for application hosting, OpenRouter and selected model providers for AI processing, Resend for account email delivery, and Google when you choose Google sign-in.

We share only the information reasonably needed to provide each function. Model requests are sent from protected server functions; API credentials are never delivered to your browser.

Storage, retention, and security

Saved profile and generated content remains in your account until you remove individual records or request account deletion, subject to limited retention required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, backups, and dispute resolution.

We use row-level access controls, protected server functions, restricted service credentials, input validation, and an immutable credit ledger. No online service can promise absolute security, so please avoid adding information that is not needed for your job search.

Cookies and local storage

We use essential browser storage for authentication, language preference, security, and—while the product is in private preview—preview access. We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies.

Your choices

  • Review, correct, export, or delete the career information stored in your account.
  • Delete individual generated resumes and their associated edits or follow-up notes.
  • Request a copy of your data or deletion of your account through the Contact page. We may verify your identity before completing a request.
  • Choose not to use AI import or generation features and maintain your profile manually.

International processing and age

Our providers may process information in countries other than your own. Their locations and legal protections may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

Evarlio is not directed to children under 16. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and remove it.

Changes and questions

We may update this policy as the product, providers, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected by a revised date and, when appropriate, an in-product notice. Privacy questions and data requests can be sent through the Contact page.
